UN16 Girls Grand Finalist 2011
The UN16 Girls had a great season even though we only had 5 actual UN16 players.
The biggest thanks go to all the UN13 girls who played every week, we couldn't have done it with out them!!
The girls defeated the minor premiers Pints in semi final to go straight through to the Grand Final.
However on the day Uni were the strong side and finished runnerups.
B Grade Women Grand Final Winners 2011
We final squashed the vodoo of beating Saints. After our ups and downs of the season, not playing with the same players for even two games in a row, final peaked at the right time!!
With a couple of semi final injuries, Jules blowing out her hip and Princess (Alison D) destroying her knee in a netball grand final we scrambled for a few extra players. Thanks to Shayla and Korin who joined our team.
As B Grade are known for we started off with allowing Saints to score first but that was the last time, we equalised and had the game under control and won 3-1 to be B Grade Grand final winners for 2011!!!

Well it was a thrilling Grand Final with all the drama of a good soapie!!!!
The girls were 2-1 down with 40secs to go and I think we had written them off, but has true Tahs Tarts they didn't stop fighting and scored with 30secs to go!!!
Game went in to extra time and Mushy (Chantrelle) literally put her butt on the line and the Saints goalie hit it???
With Saints goalie yellow carded, Zoe (Fibi) scorred in extra time to seal the win for Tahs A grade Women in 2011.

Shennanigans Quiz - Sunday 29th April

Please see attached for flyer for our fundraising quiz at Shennanigan's on Sunday 29 April.
This is a great way to spend a Sunday arvo, so support from all club members is required, including parents of junior players.
Sorry to our Mens C grade team though who are scheduled to play at 1.30pm - this was the only date available to us.
You guys can just come along after your game for a beer! Donations of prizes for raffles, heads & tails etc are required, so please let me know if you can donate anything.
