Under 10 Boys played very well as a team and this was reflected in final score 12-0 up against St Mary’s Gold. Each of the six team members contributed to the outcome. Z. Rakkas (Captain) lead by example through skill and being in position to create opportunities for his teammates to play to as well as being the highest goal scorer in the game. P. Wiltshire and H. Wiltshire were also thinking and skillful players on the field. The examples of these three boys lead to newcomer, E. Mason, improving noticeably through the game. As a result, he was in the right place and passed at the right time to team members, contributing to a number of goals. N. Brodie was a useful defender. He showed that patience attention to the game and being in position stopped goals from being scored. D. Hill was also in the right place at the right time to trap and clear a goal threat.
